The share price will PLUMMET when the district court judge adopts magistrate court judge Grewal's recommendation on the markman ruling. There is almost a 100% chance he will. District Court Judges use magistrate court judges to reduce their case load and trust their opinions implicitly. I doubt Federal Judge Chhabria even reads PTSC/TPLs argument. Get ahead of this folks and sell while you can.
