Just saying I was only in this initially for the 20 million... Still puzzles me why a 50 million dollar company would want to be acquired by a penny stock with no money at all, in penny world if it sounds too good to be true than it usually is. Currently this is just LOI so could be just fluff. Curious to see how they will exactly pay for all these LOIs. Gonna need a lot of stock to finance this and same investor with deep pockets.
