Oil went off a cliff this year and settled right where shale producers can still make money (albeit barely) and force Russia to rethink their strategy: Mission Accomplished.
This added move will push prices further and completely wipe out our oil refineries. It's not smart. It's purely reactive and helping oil companies reduce cost by allowing them to find cheaper refineries offshore.
