Theracour is proof that Dr. Diwan wants absolute control over the intellectual property. That's really independent from the manufacturing issue. At the current plant, owned by NNVC, all the employees work for Theracour, and any process IP will accrue to Theracour. Anybody who thinks he's buying NNVC for its valuable intellectual property doesn't know what he's doing.
