How was the float reduced so much from 35 million to 23 million?

I would say we need to cool the burners on this float issue until we hear from the TA or Vanis.

While yahoo.finance does say the float is 23.46M

OTCmarkets.com says the float is ~30.3M

OTC markets.com says their info is current AS OF 1 Oct 2015. Maybe it occurred between 1 Oct and 8 Oct when this was brought to our attention...but I would like to hear something from the company or the TA to 100% verify that the float is 23.46M. Yahoo.Finance is def not the end all be all for information....
