According to previous PR a RS is off the table.

I think a R/S is coming, but I have no clue on the timeline.

They did have PR stating that they wouldn't do a R/S, but shortly there after they announced a major recapitalization to include an infusion of 5 million bucks from Redwood Capital.

The money seemingly never came, so they diluted the crap out of their stock to pay the bills. In September the A/S increased by 9 billion to total 11 billion shares.

They're now issuing 50k convertible notes with amazing perks for the issuing fund.

If it's not a R/S, I could see restructuring bankruptcy. I doubt they'll close shop tho.

They said a few months ago that they weren't going to R/S.
