An agreement can't be reached without an understanding. You are incapable of being understood.
Narcissism has nothing to do with a scammer. It is much closer to say scammers are sociopathic. They simply don't care about how they effect others as long as they get theirs. Narcissism would imply they do care, albeit in a perverse manner.
