Hey Sterling I suspect InStep LLC via Joe T our CEO has secured the rights to the Jimi Hendrix estate trademark. That is absolutely huge. It would also explain why Cruz sold GRCU to InStep. This deal probably was in the works since March 22 as seen in the link. Cruz performed a test market with all the products. I suspect all Green Cures products will be relabeled with the Jimi Hendrix trademark shortly.

It doesn't matter where the price of PVCL is right now. Both parties have affixed a value of $1.00 per share as the value for PVCL based on what both parties know behind the scenes about PVCL and not what we know.

I must say though, based on the previous release that I posted, they are confident that PVCL will be generating over $40,000,000 in Revenues which gives them a market retail value of $6.43 per share which far greater than the $1.00 per share minimum value that they gave for giving us our dividend in PVCL.

As for the distribution ratio, usually the key variable for determining such is derive from first the Outstanding Shares (OS) of TTDZ compared to the shares of PVCL that's to be given out as a dividend. I'm guessing that we get a worst case scenario of 350 to 1 meaning that for every 350 shares of PVCL we buy, we get 1 share of PVCL. Again, keep in mind that this is only a guess from me as I have no idea how the company is going to do the ratio distribution; it could be smaller or larger. Example:

1,000,000 shares at .004 = $4,000

1,000,000 shares of TTDZ = 2,857 shares of PVCL

2,857 PVCL shares at $1.00 value = $2,857 of Extra/Additional Value

2,857 PVCL shares at $6.43 value = $18,370 of Extra/Additional Value

So, you get to keep your 1,000,000 shares of TTDZ plus you are awarded in a dividend the 2,857 shares of PVCL. Now you have a double investment t ground floor that is expected to have huge growth. So far, I don’t know of any other MMJ (marijuana) stock out there that’s doing this.

That is huge for GRCU in my opinion as it "could" transform its potential overnight if more is materialized from this confirmation. If things are like what I suspect, this should go way higher than its previous highs.
