Not that it matters, no one will see any redemption of those Certs before they expire in coming months.

The company never intended to pay that 4M. Who would do that? It is ludicrous to assume a "new" company will instantly inherit 4M in someone else's liability.

Hint: It is not a new company. It is PVEC. With a new story devised to sell insiders shares again. With CMR and the Subcontractors firing back up the kool aid stand.
