The Pho House opens every day and in order to remain such, there has to be profit absent dilution. I see no sign of dilution so the Pho House must be covering the burn at minimum with cash on hand. I see a shell value stock with restaurant asset and revenue. As long as Pho House stays open, I'm cautiously bullish on USAR. Worse case if it closes, I invested in a clean shell cusip because that's exactly where we sit, at shell value market cap. This pps is stupid considering imo. JMHO
