thanks Heman and J. If the 10k from Oct 2014 is correct under 800M shares out there. Shapiro's name not listed in many places. There are a few characters with jagged past who owns 10m+. Looking into the corporate registration(s). All that needs to be done; a R/M into a viable company.
With the low share count and a forward split, I know dream on.
