Again... Just pure guessing and speculation on your statement as well... You have no idea. There is absolutely no official proof yet whatsoever that anyone has lost anything concerning SmartCarb and Sonic Flow... It could just as likely BE that there are negotiations happening behind the scenes as we speak to sort this all out... and that would actually make more sense to me with all that's at stake here. :-)

Only in pennyland can losing your assets be construed as a good thing.
