That's a pretty short sighted comment. Just because someone wasn't psychic and bought at 19 instead of 18 because they didn't know 18s would be available, they're dumb? What if it runs from here and hits .01 or more. Are they still dumb? Do you buy at the absolute low every time you want in on a stock?
