the $VIX is starting to trade outside the lower BB, IMO it means

a top is close at hand,,,,,always. so Stock market sell signal approaching

it seems to me that the FED/Central Bankers want to turn the stock

market into a risk free investment zone........or, they know from the

numbers if the market tanks, they have no lifeline left to throw it.

this is going to be one long drawn out ZIRP period,,,,screw the world,

WELCOME to the new manipulative era of algorithms..............anyways, it looks like the market is about to turn down from here, more later.
