Like I said, I do NOT trust Carlos. I trust BK less, but that does not mean I trust Carlos. BK was CFO, but Carlos was CEO. The CEO should have seen what the CFO was doing. As for hiring someone who's job it used to be to find hidden money, who better to hire to hide money?
