If after 1 year of Multi-Hundred Million Dollar Contract Announcements with nothing significant ( tens of Millions in project start up tranches ) showing up on next Balance sheet, this is a certified / bonafied Scam.
If any of it was real at least 1 insider would be buying tens of millions of shares at subpenny prices. I Don't see that happening here.
