imo he needs 2014 to have the CTO lifted, and he will need 2015 by 3/30/16...

Who knows, maybe Sedar won't accept a partial filing, but to help investor confidence I see no reason he couldn't have posted something to the OTC website.

He seems to be winging everything he does as far as filing requirements.....which in 5 years now is unacceptable imo.

Him reading the Safe Harbor statement before the first periscope which doesn't apply to penny stocks reeks of incompetence.

Especially if you publically stated you had them and people with a lot of money are looking to you deliver on what you said you were going to do...
