PPHM has had partnering as part of their business plan for a very long time. PPHM will have an idea of what a deal would look like so maybe they just want to be prepared...maybe not.
Fact is that PPHM is planning MANY trials to bolster the PLATFORM to increase the value to patients and shareholders.
The money is not for a partnership is probably correct but not a fact as you state.
