By the looks of things if he cant raise funds from his latest 506D trick he won't even pay the necessary funds to reverse split and get WNBD back to current status on OTC Markets!
So I doubt he'll ever divulge WNBD's financials again and will just let WNBD die on the vine after pumping out dozens and dozens of carrot-dangling blogs each and every quarter for several years while he was simultaneously diluting millions of dollars of discount stock out the back door!
Eric the great babblin' bamboozler having all his wordsmith games/antics coming full circle and exposed...painting himself so far into the corner of WNBD's virtual office world HQ's that he's even too afraid to reveal WNBD's financials anymore!
I always said when he was so busy diluting 100's of millions of shares of discount stock that his carrot dangling blog pumping about how imminent his supposed breakthroughs were was a telltale sign...but he had so many in his so-called shareholder family convinced that they didn't and couldn't cut through all his smoke and mirrors and save themselves!
He's as patterned as pos-land CEO's come and it's only him and his gal pal international sales manager left standing...the pair of them "managing" the products he failed so miserably at successfully commercializing...and only Eric Lehner knows where that $12M went that he raised from dilution...because it sure as hell didn't go into growing sales!!!
In fact, all Eric's succeeded at doing since Lorne and Patricia both departed the scene is losing sales, losing clients and completely destroying 2 sets of WNBD shareholders...but of course with his new 506D offering he's certainly trying to have 1 more shot at a 3rd set of WNBD shareholders if he can just convince anyone to buy his interest bearing notes hahahahahahhaa
