In the filing Greg didn't even know how to identify the company. Thought he claimed it to be a tech company being his main claim to fame is computer software ie text2bid text2pay. But his actually checked the "other" box under business cat. Can't make this stuff up. No clear business plan and wanting people to invest in the unknown. Brilliant Greg.
