all very valid points and most agree long term oil will be higher. That being said I have some solid gains in long term oil plays likes xom, tnk, and few others.

Most of us here play the fact that recently oil has been range bound and has yet to break significantly through and continue. Sure it's setting higher highs and lows recently but most of us have done well playing both sides and adjust the range we play. I'm currently DWTI and won't sell until WTI breaks and holds past 51. I'll start with UWTI if and when it gets back to and below 44.

You do know if Russia help Syria regains its OIL field that will mean more oil going back on the market right?

I am sure this war will affect the Saudis and Iran what so ever.
