I have also been here 15/16 years and my six figure shares voted NO and it has nothing to do with playing games.
It says make something happen with the $100+M you currently have available or issue a letter that tells me in non- specifics why you want the money and/or why you feel we are on the right track. If you have a deal make it conditional. If you have something that is going to move the pps then you have enough shares to sell already if the pps is higher not to mention that debt should become an option.
If you need the shares in case Sunrise fails then I would rather have some say as to who steers the ship if we are starting over with BBs or our new trials because if Sunrise fails I feel there was probably some misleading going on earlier
