Very informative article, Wild Bill.

Demand for infrastructure is increasing & will increase further in the USA as a whole because it is needed. Electric power is in process of converting from coal and oil to NG. In the recent past, I have posted many articles regarding many US energy companies building pipelines supplying gas to areas not being serviced prior.

Demand for clean energy is now widely accepted as necessary. For an example: California/s Governor signing into law which will require California to generate 50% of its electricity from renewable sources. The state will also need to become twice as energy efficient by 2030 under the new law. For existing buildings, that could include installing newer appliances or improving heating and air conditioning systems.

“What we’re trying to do is facilitate, where necessary, the marketplace for energy efficiency, for building upgrades, for remodels," said Andrew McAllister, a commissioner at the California Energy Commission.

We are see this trend increasing everywhere.

Demand for infrastructure is increasing & will increase further in the USA as a whole because it is needed. Recently booming pipeline building has been reported across the country as natural gas needs to be piped from upstream directly to the population centers that are seeking cleaner and cheaper energy, especially for heating in the winter months in the eastern part of the US.

Also a need for uninterrupted energy supplies for the cooling and heating of buildings and sustaining the computer and communication technologies supporting large buildings dependent on uninterrupted service.

Around the world this same need for developing clean energy is clearly being addressed, as in China and other counties who are now necessarily making it a major objective partly inspired by climate change.

Electric power is in process of converting from coal to NG. NG exports are also coming, and as recent conversations indicate, crude oil exports may also be coming very soon.

Just some thoughts.....
