I have had my eye out on this one since I saw it on the news back in January following the show in Detroit. I think it is a nice investment. It may be a a gamble, being penny stock, but I really think this will do well eventually. It is said to make it here in 2008.

The Chinese are coming
Chinese automaker Geely, which created a big buzz with the car it displayed at the North American International Auto show in January, said this morning that it will begin selling small cars in the United States in the fall of 2008. The company also is considering locating its U.S. headquarters in Detroit, Geely Vice President John Harmer said at a Society of Automotive Analysts breakfast in Southfield.

Geely's small sedan will sell for about $7,500 and include such features as air conditioning, power windows and a CD player, Harmer said. It plans to sell its cars through existing U.S. auto dealers. Harmer said he's been contacted by about 200 dealers wanting to sell the cars.

Who knows...a small investment can go a long way!
