Its really all anyone can do is "assume" since the "reality" remains firmly hidden behind the QD curtain. We hear of other companies in the industry and multi-billion dollar partners/JV's etc.. that they cant name due to NDA's and QMC actually announces and NAMES a "FUNDED" JDA with a Multi Billion Dollar Optical Film Giant and some folks like to keep hanging on the past with old deadlines, estimates moving, taking longer than expected Etc...
