APT owns all of its registered intellectual property and trademarks, including but not limited to the SmartCarb and the Sonic Flow engine technologies. None of our proprietary technologies have been sold, spun-off, otherwise licensed to any outside party. While maintaining complete ownership, usage and control, APT assigned its intellectual property as collateral to its senior creditor in 2013, several months before going public. Accordingly, APT is unable to transfer, sell, or spin-off any of its intellectual property. Any statement to the contrary is inaccurate and unfounded.
