I believe Stewart and Company is more interested in making CAPC a success and the marketplace they are on is secondary (at this time).
I would take success over marketplace any day of the year.

could mean they let it slide temporarily

if they have any plan's for uplisting they might not have concerned themselves with what would then be a temporary stint on the pinksheets

really hope i get a reply to my email inquiring about it

..but why didn't they say "at start of 4th quarter" instead of "at end of 3rd quarter" in reference to the current backlog..
i hope its not some kind of monkey pooh that has something to do with a September 29th or 30th shipment that they kept as part of the $7m backlog mentioned yesterday..we've all smelled that kind of stuff from them before
