Two weeks ago I did the same thing at 1.06-9. I really would have guessed the needle move up a bit with others watching and seeing the buying. But nothing... Surprised that so many are willing to sale at this price when it is so close to Q4 announcements. It really makes me think that ISRG has bought up a shit load and are willing to sell cheap just to keep the pps of Titan down. Maybe mngt was on to this and that is another reason they have the back up plan to offer more shares in a necessary fund raising if the PPS is held down and warrants are not exercised. Last year their was a lot of volatility and a lot less of a reason for it. I know the market is hard to predict and doesn't always follow what makes sense, but this is just getting weird hanging out so long at 1.0-1.10.
