Correction... they are also being offered through private placement. Alot more shares than what's sitting on the level 2 bid. Dilution.

I called Dun & Bradstreet and the rep said they have significant credit info for SVFC. If you're interested in the full report (it provided detailed financial information) you can purchase it on their website for around $50-60.
