He is still stuck on "wind down" when is his term over? Does he even pay attention to the legal progress made in courts? I bet he is told by big banks to repeat the negativity on FnF. I hope he himself short the stock so we can see his return on investment when the rule of law prevails.
To know how competent SEC can be, just read Confidence Game book. Bill back in 2003 told their attorneys that he had lost his trust in SEC n there will be a crises that they would have averted. But they didn't listen.
