NOPE. 52 week high was June 8th... Company announced share holder meeting with possibility of R/S on June 26th. So the R/S had nothing to do with the decline after it hit .98. It being on the OTC market and waiting for approval did. Everyone knows the saying "Buy on rumor and Sell on news." That is exactly what happened here.
And anyone who did not sell for a profit on June 8th... and buy back in later has no one to blame but themselves.
