Also, I thought the AUDIT was supposed to be for the 2 prior years, with the year-ending in June? So why was there a need to collect information from the distributors for the 1st QTR of the next fiscal year (July-Aug-Sept), which was the reasoning for the delays given at the Sharemeeting, no? Are they trying to make something that doesn't look so good, look a bit better by adding that quarter into the mix? I can see collecting that information for each quarter going forward, or for an AUDITED QUARTERLY, but not needed for the AUDITED FINANCIALS FOR THE PRIOR 2 YEARS.
And the release of current share structure (OS, AS, notes, restriction dates, etc) could be at the CEO's discretion...why isn't at least that information provided?...or release the TA from being 'gagged'.
