Yes that is why xxii has touted their x22 product since 2012? 2013? And is currently looking for a Pharma partner to fund a phase 3. They keep updating that they hope to close a deal so maybe one is in the works.

Personally I think we are a couple years out before a doctor prescribes cigs to a patient to help them quit. Just my opinion though.

a change in the street's view of XXII from a tobacco company to a biotech/pharma play would result in a much higher valuation.
