#19619 RE: TMMI Believer #19614

I'm sorry for interpreting that you think we're headed in the wrong direction as being disgruntled with the business execution. I share those thoughts.

I'm not pro-Dimension. What I started barking about in 2013 is that I thought this lawsuit was foolish and nothing but a knee jerk reaction to placate the larger shareholders (PP guys) to them finding out Dimension had filed and received a patent on fractal based technology.

Since then, we've spent a lot of money, time and energy in going in the "wrong direction" IMO. As competitors catch up and pass us, we're still squabbling with a company that mirrors TMMI with its lack of success. They do, however, have three patents.

I am a shareholder in TMMI and have quite a few shares still. I hold these in case I am found to be wrong on my analysis of the current team. I am playing on "house money" here.

It appears that we are hanging our hat on the ISR effort with Raytheon. Even though they say they've been to the NAB, no follow up was ever stated on how those efforts went.

If we have the holy grail in quality, efficiency, bitrate/bandwidth savings and have exhibited our wares, where's the orders?

Instead we get new court dates and a whole bunch of noise from Jay on what our "supposed partners" are doing. Smitty does have a point; not one of these "partners" have issued one public word about TMMI. In fact, neither have any of our "world class advisors."
