"It reflects a sophisticated seller" means nothing to me. You keep using your negative tone, but you can never back yourself up by being able to explain exactly why it's bad. So again, why exactly is an avg sales price at the end of the day a bad thing? Please explain in detail. Nobody understands what you're talking about.
