CTLE filed late filings... Last time they did the same it came with good numbers and CTLE took off..

CEO took pay in restricted shares locked up for 3 years.

The only drawback I see is that they don't have a Public relations department.. Like a YouTube channel to follow progress on projects and some "HOW TO" on Pro-ec Tecnosoil said to hit Wal-Mart soon. Nor do they tweet about a Trade show in Italy... Strange...
