Its the HYPE where the problem lies for the other believing shareholders. The seller works with the Hype. The Hype gets stretches their neck out for cash and stock. When the game is over, the shareholders are left holding the bag; usually too late for the SEC to help the shareholders get their their money back.

Somebody is willing to sell. Maybe it was someone who bought in below a penny. Maybe it was someone who can see what a scam this is.
