OSL’s 8k filing from 10/2/15 mentions a “Redwood Fund III, LTD”, but this entity is unrelated to the firm called Redwood Investments, LLC or their website (www.redwoodinv.com). Just wanted to offer clarification on the matter."

That seems to settle the confusion...

Just more toxic debt from the same toxic finder. I also think the note can be converted at any time... It matures in 12 months but can be converted before it matures.

I found out why the attachment was so big too. They uploaded the agreement as an image. Which sucks for investors bc it can easily be searched...
