Thank you, but I am aware of that. I was responding to the statement that the first mention of the reverse split was not "hidden" in a p.r. It certainly looked hidden to me.
I specifically remember being involved in two other RS and on both occassion the shreholders new the exact date of split. True, the paper work takes time but we were alwasys told something like . .... "The reverse split wiill take place on July 1 for all holders of stock with a record date of June 20th"
I am making those dates up but you get my point.......Then the paper work always came in at a later date....
