All true. JB's fortunes rose and fall with the eventual success or non success of Bourque Industries. With more than 500 million shares owned , Bourque at a dime makes him a 50 million dollar man.

What you meant, or to imply, carries with it the facts already acknowledged on this board to describe Bourque Industries as an empty shell.

This of course is an accurate statement whereby since 2011 the only thing created by Bourque Industries is a massive number of common shares given to those associated with Bourque Industries, that and the Series A Preferred Stock awarded to John Bourque in very large amounts.

Add to this the so-called patent John Bourque seemingly created out-of-thin-air while having no access to the means to construct this new technological development, and then without having the means to test as to it's validity for worth John Bourque had Bourque Industries acquire this intangible asset valued at $1,185,000 payable to John Bourque in shares valued in BORK's pps prior to deliver of the patent knowing that upon deliver and validation of worth BORK's pps may be different than the $0.003 and far far higher if Bourque Industries at that time exhibited an non-zero success to bring Kryron to market, as the $0.003 reflected the time when Bourque Industries was measured as a failed company. Add to this the candy man's comments that this patent is associated with Kryron that legally John Bourque has already transferred to Bourque Industries all past and future developments in regards to Kryron and patents.

So yes MerthyrQ you are correct to deliver the accurate suggestion being a fact known to all now that John Bourque is the "one" in your "NO ONE has as much to gain" simply because of the nature of Bourque Industries being an empty shell where the principle(s) acquire thru massive amounts of share creation to eventually hold a percentage to diminish near a zero holding by the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders.
