I am not going to disagree with you, there was so unbelievably corrupt management running this in the past. The fact that this CEO has brought all this corruption to light and addressing the issue is a slight positive here, IMO. Yes, it may be to late to save this company, we shall see

So if what you say is true that they probably will state that "there is no LATF business."
Then shareholders were always lied to, and lots of cash was stolen, meaning it was all a scam.
Would that mean that some folks, including the CEO John can do some jail time?
