SNEY is operating in Africa ? Where's their operating license? Oh they don't need one because it's an arrangement w artisan miners ? Then where's their export license to get the diamonds out of country? Oh, they don't need one because they sell them in country? Then where's the tax paid denoted on any filing. Either way you slice it, they are either cutting corners, or IMO, just simply can't fool all the people all the time. This is a story to move paper, like every SNEY story has been.
