Distributors of what, exactly - product, or shares?

A/S is 1.7 billion. Current O/S is roughly 1.3 billion but MRIB is required to keep at least 500 million shares in reserve as security on a legal settlement so MRIB A/S is actually more than maxed out right now. As for product and sales there are no known distributors and only a handful of retailers all located in Southern California. Looking at the latest financials it would appear that real sales of product was roughly $25,000 over the last 18 months and their annual report which was due last week is currently late with no extension filed. We actually haven't heard anything from MRIB in over a year other than a couple of very late financial reports. MRIB has been pretty much dark since October of 2014 and as you can see the stock has gone from $.05 all the way to $.0002 in a mere 18 month span. At this point MRIB has pretty much been confirmed as a P&D scam.
