i've been *documenting* it .. since Finra first saw fit to reveal the info ;)

it's been rather enlightening .. especially since almost every other *stat/data point* has been perverted

also when i see ARCA *utilized* re: l2 .. like pavlov's dog .. i've been conditioned
to think that volume (% of actual) will show via Dark Pool

but the biggie up to their eyeballs re: PTOI .. *Dark Pool*

is none other than OTC Markets (2012 entry)

something that should come as no surprise

they are all for hire ..

here's to seeing how PTOI is handled (stock)
