The "NI 43-101" is bogus. And illegal. NI 43-101 is a Canadian law. NBRI is a US company. They are legally prohibited from using NI 43-101. And it was NOT an "NI 43-101 report" as it was never filed with, and reviewed by, Canadian securities regulators.
It was a huge lie. Check the current bid for confirmation.
BS is the exact way to describe that NI 43 101. It's says absolutely nothing. The only thing in that entire report that means anything is on the final pages where it says no resource estimates have been conducted.
