So i guess shareholders are still waiting to hear what CannaVest is going to do with the series D preferred shares...

They can exercise them at any point it seems. If they accept them that is. But that would be a good sign if that is the news, rather than then just unloading now. That will show that they have much confidence in a future higher share price.
