DJPB: you are correct. Even I can't foretell the future. If I could, I wouldn't be here, but at the gaming tables in Monte Carlo. But I can read and understand final statements...which show past results, and usually correctly predict the future (but not always). I just take offense to the cheerleaders wishful thinking that the next press release will liberate ZMRK from all their past misgivings. If they have received bonafide purchase orders for this fall/holiday season then good luck to them. It's all the wishful thinking that drives investors crazy as it means nothing and takes away from Zalemarks legitimacy, if there is any, with ZMRK. I got here because of the BOB. Others that look at the Breakout Board will read these posts and hopefully do their own DD. In my opinion and obviously to other investors as well (as evidenced by the heavier down volume and falling share price) the chearleading is a major deterrent.

What most are failing to understand - Zalemark has a licensing agreement with Crayola and M&Ms - it is NOT a Joint Venture!

getting a licensing agreement isn't that difficult - Crayola or M&Ms don't lose any money if the Zalemark fails - but Zalemark has to follow the terms and conditions of both companies licensing agreement.

A licensing agreement completely favors Crayola and M$Ms.

Check out who Zalemark is in business with. All these posts here including mine are opinions. We are waiting for the PR that puts all the plans for Crayola and retail together. No one including FC knows what is true.

Monet had a licensing agreement with M&Ms - but it was obviously a failure and now you can buy the stuff on ebay.

I have never thought a licensing agreement with Crayola and M&Ms was a good idea - the jewelry will be perceived as children's costume jewelry.

If Zalemark had big plans to roll out any jewelry - they would have announced the retailers and Zale wouldn't have filed the paperwork ceased operations in California where the company is located.
