How is this known for a fact? They have no source of income other than the sale of shares with a zero cost basis. If "they" had a source of income other than this, why would shares be put up for collateral with the likes of Bogdan?

Disagree if you want and think insiders won't reveal holdings because they are trying to keep the stock price down, but that's ridiculous IMHO.

They are selling like crazy, even giving away shares to keep the pump and dump alive.
