Did you read the document in its entirety that I posted earlier? All 60 pages? I believe you have better chances of having a law firm that stands to profit go up to bat for you rather than sit and wait for the a company to go up to bat for you that never has before.

I agree with you. What is the point if you do not get anything back. The company is already sucked dry by scam CEO. If DR no good is a scamster then We should file a complaint with SEC and this guy should be put in jail but filing a law suit will not get us anything. Wonder why the posters friend is not posting who actually lost the money??
