Jayyy, not nearly enough. You would need to connect Mike personally to illegal activities. If Mike worked for this company that alone is no big deal. You would have to show that he was involved.

For example, I once worked for a small company where the owner was investigated for the murder of his son-in-law, so does that make me a criminal too? Guilt by association alone is not enough. Good luck making a credible case against Mike Irving. Provide links to support this if you can.

I read Mr. Irving's explanation about many of the companies and situations that you referenced and found his information detailed and convincing. Know that I don't claim to be an authority on those situations nor do I really see the relevance of many of those to ROTH.
As for what would make me happy, as a shareholder and scientist who sees the efficacy of Sucanon based on studies and the science, I would like to see the product effectively marketed and the results communicated as I expect if that happens, the product and company will be successful. In the interim, however, it would make me happy to have a respectful discussion of Sucanon, ROTH sales, efficacy, study results and related information per the TOS of this site.
